Returns of live goods – Must be within seven (7) days, accompanied by original receipt and warranty slip, and in the same condition as leaving Sipkens. The plant must not be removed from original container.
Returns of hard goods, apparel, and gift ware – must be within fifteen (15) days, accompanied by original receipt, and in the same condition as leaving Sipkens. (Labels and Packaging intact)
Guarantee
Nursery stock is 100% guaranteed for 2 full years from the date of purchase ONLY if planting, care and watering instructions are followed. Dead plants will only be replaced ONCE in the 2-year period with the return of the dead plant, and your receipt for proof of purchase. Delivery and installation services are excluded. Replacement plant has no guarantee. If a sufficient replacement is not found, an in-store credit for the amount paid will be issued to be used toward the same product category (e.g. Tree, shrub or evergreen for tree, shrub or evergreen, perennial for perennial, etc.)
The following plants are guaranteed for the current growing season which ends November 30: all perennials, butterfly bush, roses, azaleas, rhododendrons, or Japanese maples (Acer palmatum, A. japonicum, A. Shirashawanum).
Annuals, Houseplants, Herbs, and tropical plants are guaranteed to have left the nursery in good condition.
Guarantee exclude the following.
Natural Causes: such as snow and ice damage, storm damage, etc.
Animal damage, Such as deer, mice, rabbits, pets, etc.
Insect infestation: such as Japanese beetle, etc.
Direct neglect or mistreatment of plant
