Inventory Data Control Clerk: Position Open Immediately
- Proficient with computer programs such as excel, word, invoicing and inventory/scheduling programs,
- Meticulous data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Meticulous record keeping skills
- Excellent communication skills and good leadership skills
- Works well in team environment as well as individually
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities
- Plant and pest ID an asset
- Ensure accuracy of and maintaining the records of inventory of crops
- Experience preferred.
- Fulltime position
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of and maintaining the records of inventory of crops
- Maintaining inventories and availability lists
- Maintaining schedules for production
- Monitor and follow-up on jobs and tasks when necessary
- Inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Maintenance records
- Invoicing of orders-email confirmations and availability lists
